with many voices: Small dictionary to understand worker management

What is it and why did we make this little dictionary to understand worker management in Zanón? The reader who looks at this dictionary will not find a fixed definition of words, nor unequivocal meanings of finished processes or phenomena ordered alphabetically. Neither is a genealogy of the ideas that circulate in a self-managed factory. Those of us who made this book simply found ourselves with the need to share and publish some meanings, testimonies and experiences that we were able to collect in long days shared with the workers of the Zanón factory, also known as Fasinpat. We chose the book format because we consider that the written word continues to be a powerful knowledge tool, especially the process that led to the self-management of the workers, looking for words and phrases that help to understand, debate, discuss, and re-write this experience.
