Synopsis

From the Extension Project “Training and Work with Social Movements from the Public University”, a group of students and professors from the Educational Sciences Career of the Department of Humanities of the National University of the South accompany the fight for the exercise of the right to education at INCOB. Following the tradition of popular high schools in reclaimed factories and Zanon Factory Education, we support the creation of educational spaces at the primary level initially and then the process of fighting for secondary school, which resulted in the implementation of a Plan Fines course in the refrigerator facilities. We started with internal popular education workshops and at the same time a work of school support and learning with the children of workers. This process took place between 2016 and 2018.
