The book aims to be a contribution for those who work in teacher training and for those who are being trained, and it is an invitation to think of training as a process of professional development, which implies challenges and experiences. It is first and foremost the result of my years of teaching work in public education, fundamentally working with teacher training. It is a pedagogical-philosophical reflection that aims to analyze and interpret issues related to the subject in formation, a subject that not only builds itself but also in society, with others and others.
